Wish List: Getting Into the Festive Spirit

I’m extra excited about the holidays this year because it will be the first time in four years I will have Christmas and my birthday in Buffalo. I’m hoping the early snow is a sign of things to come and it’s a nice white December. I’ll be catching up with extended family I haven’t seen in who knows how many years, hopefully building a snowman or two and indulging in piles of homemade Christmas cookies under the shining lights of a giant, decorated tree.

So I thought it would be fun to compile a few wish lists of festive things, from the all-important Christmas jumper to bobbles for the tree to crackers for the table and cards to send off to friends.

I’m really looking forward to putting up our tree. And it’s always so magical when the city is light up with lights. And mulled wine! Really looking forward to that!

Oh, I agree! I haven’t had my first glass of mulled wine yet this season. Maybe this weekend. Jorge doesn’t like it which is a shame…!
