Welcome back, Steph! I hope you and Jorge had a fantastic time in St. Lucia!! Loved that Ethiopia video. The neighborhood I live in has a large Ethiopian population and I’m lucky to have two fantastic Ethiopian restaurants just a couple blocks from my apartment. Love that cuisine! And I’ve been meaning to try some cauliflower mash, I’ll have to give this recipe a try!
